What you’ll do here as ERP Architect?
We are searching for an ERP Architect to take a central technical leadership role in Axis' upcoming ERP transformation program. Based at our Headquarters in Lund, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing the technical foundation of our new ERP system, ensuring scalability, integration and alignment with our evolving business needs.

In this position, you will architect our core ERP systems and data infrastructure, defining technical standards, system integrations and solution design across finance, supply chain, manufacturing and operations. You will work closely with our IT- and Business Product Owners, Business Solution Architects and implementation partners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Joining early in the program gives you a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction and build a high-performing architecture from the ground up.

Key responsibilities as an ERP Architect:

• Lead the technical design and architecture of the ERP system and related applications, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, including system integrations, data flows and technical standards.
• Establish and enforce best practices for system design, performance, security and scalability.
• Collaborate with IT Product Owners to define solution architecture across all applications.
• Work with Business Product Owners and process leads to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Architect system integrations with surrounding systems and legacy applications.
• Define data architecture, data governance and migration strategies.
• Support implementation partners in solution design and technical decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of architecture and design throughout the program.
• Mentor and guide technical teams and subject matter experts.

Who are we looking for / Who are you?
Experience & Track Record:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as an ERP Architect or similar technical leadership role in global enterprises.
• Proven track record of successfully architecting and implementing complex ERP solutions.
• Deep expertise in enterprise systems design, integration architecture and data management.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale technical transformations in global organizations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and their technology requirements.

Technical & Leadership Skills:

• Expert-level knowledge of ERP system- and data architecture and integration frameworks.
• Experience in working with both on-prem and cloud applications.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills with experience in guiding technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills where you articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
